Stray dogs and cats roam through the streets of Romania, constantly in search of food and shelter. Many are run over by autos. All of these animals are at risk of being poisoned or mistreated, becoming ill or starving. It is of utmost importance that we prevent this misery. The most efficient and responsible method of prevention is castration.
