Mag. Eva Trenker

Eva supports ACA mentoring and caring for foster homes. She is well-prepared for this task, having been a foster home herself since May 2020, usually caring for two dogs for ACA. Eva is particularly passionate about motivating people to give rescue dogs a second chance, to adopt them, or to foster them. She is convinced that fostering saves lives and makes a significant contribution. Therefore, her goal is to provide the best possible support to foster homes so that animals can get a perfect start in their new lives.

Eva has been involved with ACA since 2020, when she took on her first foster dog for ACA. Since then, Eva has helped 16 shelter dogs get a fresh start. Eva always opens her home to the dogs who need her most and who would have a particularly difficult time finding their perfect forever home without a foster placement. This has allowed dogs such as long-term residents, older dogs, and other emergency cases to find their perfect forever homes.

Eva lives with her partner, her 2 daughters, 5 cats and (mostly) 4 dogs (2 of which are foster dogs) on a farm in Upper Austria.
