Walter Fangl
As a vocal student of Carol Byers, he had been involved in the animal welfare activities of ACA for many years, but he hadn't wanted to get another dog for himself, because his last dog had been very special to him. Then, after a "dog abstinence" of 10 years, he took in Jenny for a couple days on a temporary "emergency" basis, and that was that. He's often asked what breed his Hungarian beauty is, to which he replies she is a "pure-bred Steppe-mix".
Walter - professionally known as "The Computer Doctor" - assists ACA with computer problems, administrative and legal issues, and provides support at ACA-Events.
